Job summary

Carbondale Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a weekend-only leadership role in Pennsylvania. You will lead the nursing team, provide clinical oversight, and ensure quality resident care across weekend shifts.

The ideal candidate holds a PA RN license with strong leadership and communication skills, able to work independently while guiding a team in a rehabilitation and healthcare setting.

Qualifications

Current PA RN license.
Experience in long-term care or supervisory role preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently while leading a team.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts.
Provide clinical oversight and ensure quality resident care.
Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status.
Ensure medications, treatments, documentation, and care plans are completed accurately.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
Promote compliance with facility policies and PA regulations.
Assist with staff coordination and address clinical concerns.
Serve as a strong clinical resource and leader for the nursing team.
