Carnegie Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking a Weekend Supervisor RN to oversee nursing care on weekend shifts (Thursday through Monday). You will supervise staff, coordinate care, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards of practice.

The role requires an active RN license and prior LTC/SNF/AL experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to mentor nursing personnel and collaborate with the medical team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience preferred.
• Strong communication and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff on weekend shifts (Thu–Mon).
• Coordinate and deliver resident care per standards and regs.
• Partner with physicians and other care team members to achieve outcomes.
