Job summary

Armstrong Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to join our team. You will oversee the weekend shift, supervise nursing staff, and ensure high-quality patient care in a warm, patient-centered environment.

You will develop care plans, conduct evaluations, coach staff, and collaborate with leadership to uphold standards and improve outcomes. PA RN license and weekend availability are required; 1 year of long-term care experience is

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience, preferably in long-term care or rehabilitation.
• Ability to work weekends as scheduled.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate a team.
• Familiarity with medication administration, IV therapy, and wound care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate weekend nursing staff, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure patient care aligns with center policies and procedures.

• Develop and implement effective plans of care for our patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary team members
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and coach staff to improve their skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with corporate and facility leadership to develop and implement changes to improve patient outcomes and overall center operations
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
