Walnut Creek Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor for the weekend shift to lead our nursing team, oversee care delivery, and uphold high standards of resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department on weekends, ensuring residents receive exceptional care.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team, fostering collaboration and open communication.
• Conduct nursing assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to promote outcomes.
• Collaborate with therapy, dietary, and social services to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor and report on resident outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
