Qualifications

• RN licensure in Illinois.
• 1+ years of RN experience in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on weekends.
• Provide guidance on clinical decisions and care plans.
• Conduct assessments and develop effective care plans for residents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive care.
• Identify and address issues related to resident care.
• Provide reports to the Director of Nursing.
