Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate resident care during assigned weekend shifts
- Supervise nursing staff and provide guidance and clinical support
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Provide hands‑on nursing care as needed to support residents and staff
