Sora Resource Group is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations on-site in Connecticut. This role oversees clinical leadership, triage, and administrative support to charge nurses and CNAs, ensuring safe, high-quality care during weekend shifts.

The ideal candidate holds a Connecticut RN license with 2–3 years of SNF/LTC/sub-acute experience, strong EMR skills (PointClickCare), and proven weekend leadership ability.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute environments.
• Prior supervisory/charge nurse experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Hands-on EMR proficiency with systems like PointClickCare for documentation.
• Ability to prioritize and lead weekend shifts and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Weekend clinical leadership: supervise, support, and direct weekend nursing operations.
• Conduct unit rounds to monitor resident conditions, meds, infection control, and staff workflows.
• Provide triage and rapid clinical decisions during status changes or emergencies.
• Assist with weekend admissions, transfers, room assignments, and discharge orders.
• Mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to maintain teamwork and shift accountability.
• Ensure accurate, timely EMR documentation and regulatory compliance.
