Aspire Talent Solutions seeks a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead on-site nursing operations in Connecticut. This permanent, direct-hire role emphasizes weekend leadership, clinical oversight, and regulatory compliance across shifts.

Reporting to nursing administration, you will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, coordinate admissions/transfers, ensure EMR documentation, and participate in the Baylor weekend scheduling with full-time benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut (current and unrestricted).
• 2–3 years clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute settings preferred.
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience in LTC settings is desirable.
• Hands-on EMR experience (e.g., PointClickCare) for clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Weekend clinical leadership: supervise and direct weekend nursing operations with focus on person-centered care.
• Conduct unit rounds to monitor resident conditions, meds, infection control, and staff workflows.
• Provide rapid triage and responses to clinical events or operational issues.
• Assist with weekend admissions, transfers, room assignments, and discharge orders.
• Guide and mentor RNs, LPNs, CNAs, promoting teamwork and accountability.
• Ensure accurate EMR documentation and compliance with DPH/CMS regulations.
