Lancaster Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to support the weekend shift (7am–7pm) in our long-term care and short-term rehab center. You will oversee direct care staff and act as a resource for the team.

In collaboration with the DON and Unit Managers, you will assist with staffing and activities, and provide direct patient care when necessary. Active PA RN license and at least 1 year of supervisory experience are required, along with strong

• At least 1 year experience in Long-Term Care or Rehabilitation facility.
