Job summary

Newport Meadows is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to support the team on the 3pm - 11:30pm shift in our 139-bed facility specializing in long-term care and short-term stay services. This full-time role offers opportunities for career advancement and a patient-centered care approach.

Responsibilities include supervising direct care staff, assisting the DON and Unit Managers with staffing, and providing direct patient care as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in PA.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and serve as a resource to the direct care staff

  How to be a successful candidate:
• Have at least 1 year of experience working in a Long-Term Care or Rehabilitative facility
• Have at least 1 year supervisory experience strongly encouraged
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills

Qualifications

Must have an activeRN license in the state of PA.
