Job summary

Newport Meadows is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead the on-site nursing team on the 3pm - 11:30pm shift. The 139-bed facility specializes in long-term care and short-term stay services, focusing on person-centered care and safety.

You will oversee direct care, support the DON and Unit Managers, and mentor staff. Requirements include PA RN license and at least one year of supervisory experience in LTC or rehab.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in PA and strong communication skills.
• 1 year supervisory experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Commitment to person-centered care and resident safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and serve as a resource to the direct care staff.
• Support to the DON and Unit Managers with staffing and activities as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and serve as a resource to the direct care staff

  How to be a successful candidate:
• Have at least 1 year of experience working in a Long-Term Care or Rehabilitative facility
• Have at least 1 year supervisory experience strongly encouraged
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills

Qualifications
