Job summary

Lancaster Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor for weekend shifts (7am-7pm) to support our team in providing high-quality long-term and short-term care. The ideal candidate will bring strong supervisory skills and a commitment to person-centered care.

Active RN license in PA and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a long-term care or rehab setting are preferred. We offer competitive wages and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a long-term care or rehabilitative setting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Embrace person-centered care approach to meet residents' needs and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and serve as a resource to direct care staff.
• Support to the DON and Unit Managers with staffing and activities as assigned.
• Direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned.
