Job summary

Garden Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation Center of Willow Grove, PA is seeking a Part Time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to support our team every other weekend, preferably every weekend, with a shift from 7am–7pm. This 173-bed facility delivers long-term care and short-term stays with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

The RN Supervisor will oversee direct care staff, assist the DON and Unit Managers with staffing and activities, and provide direct patient care as needed, contributing

Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of experience in a Long-Term Care or Rehabilitative facility.
• Have at least 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Embrace a person-centered care approach to meet residents' needs and preferences.
