Newport Meadows in Lancaster County, PA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor for the full-time 3pm - 11:30pm shift. The role provides leadership to direct care staff, supports the DON and Unit Managers, and ensures high-quality, person-centered care in a 139-bed long-term care and short-term stay setting.

Must hold an active PA RN license and have at least one year of supervisory experience in LTC or rehab.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in PA required.
• 1 year supervisory experience in LTC or rehabilitative setting preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or physical rehab environment is highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Oversight and serve as a resource to the direct care staff.
• Support to the DON and Unit Managers with staffing and activities as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and serve as a resource to the direct care staff
• Support to the DON and Unit Managers with staffing and activities as assigned
• Direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned
  How to be a successful candidate:
• Have at least 1 year of experience working in a Long-Term Care or Rehabilitative facility
• Have at least 1 year supervisory experience strongly encouraged
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Embrace our person-centered care approach to meet each resident's needs and preferences

Qualifications
