Job summary

Lancaster Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to support weekend coverage. Shifts run 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am in a long-term care and short-term rehab setting. The role emphasizes resident-centered care, staff support, and collaboration with the DON and Unit Managers.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of supervisory experience and an active PA RN license, with strong communication skills and a commitment to quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RN license in the state of PA.
• 1-year supervisory experience in a long-term care or physical rehab setting, preferred
• 1 year of experience working in a Long-Term Care or Rehabilitative facility
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Embrace our person-centered care approach to meet each resident's needs and preferences

Responsibilities

• Oversight and serve as a resource to the direct care staff
• Support to the DON and Unit Managers with staffing and activities as assigned
• Direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned
