The Greens at Hendersonville in Hendersonville, NC is seeking an experienced RN or LPN Weekend Unit Manager to join our clinical leadership team. This role requires availability to work every weekend with some scheduling flexibility while leading weekend operations and supporting nurses and CNAs to maintain exceptional care for residents.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NC RN or LPN license.
• Experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing.
• Leadership experience in Unit Manager or Charge Nurse roles.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate nursing staff and ensure weekend coverage.
• Commitment to exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekend clinical operations for your assigned unit.
• Coach and mentor nurses and CNAs.
• Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Perform clinical assessments and document accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate with physicians and families.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
