Job summary

The Greens at Hendersonville is seeking an experienced RN/LPN Weekend Unit Manager to join our clinical leadership team in Hendersonville, NC. This weekend-focused role leads the unit, supports the nursing team, and ensures high-quality resident care throughout the weekend.

Active NC RN or LPN license is required, with LTC experience preferred. Weekend availability and leadership skills are essential for this full-time position with a $12,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted North Carolina RN or LPN license.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, or Nursing Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to effectively lead, motivate, and support nursing staff.
• Dependable and available to work every weekend.

Responsibilities

The Greens at Hendersonville is seeking an experienced and dependable RN/LPN Weekend Unit Manager to join our clinical leadership team.

This position is designed for a strong nurse leader who is available to work every weekend while enjoying some flexibility with weekend scheduling. If you have Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, Charge Nurse, or Unit Manager experience and are ready to take on a leadership role, we want to hear from you.

Your Impact as a Weekend RN/LPN Unit Manager

As the Weekend Unit Manager, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight while supporting nurses and CNAs throughout the weekend.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supervising weekend clinical operations for your assigned unit
