Job summary

The Greens at Gastonia is seeking an experienced Weekend Nursing Supervisor (RN) to join our leadership team. You will oversee nursing operations during your shift, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as a resource for staff, residents, and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current, active NC RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Previous supervisory and long-term care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care during the shift
• Perform assessments, medication administration, treatments, and documentation as needed
• Supervise and support CNAs, LPNs, and RNs
• Respond to changes in resident condition and communicate with physicians and families
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination
