DOCS Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join as an independent contractor in Texas. You will support military personnel health assessments, review histories, and document results in our system.

The role emphasizes weekend shifts with some weekday coverage under the Reserve Health Readiness Program, in the Texas area. Qualified candidates hold an RN license, an Associate or Bachelor's degree, CPR/BLS certification, and at least 2 years of recent clinical RN experience.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited RN program.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical RN experience.
• Unrestricted RN license in the U.S.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support physical health assessments for military personnel.
• Review health history and medical records.
• Interview service members to identify medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns including behavioral health.
• Document findings in the medical record using the proprietary system.
