Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Registered Nurses to partner as independent contractors delivering services to military service members in Texas, primarily on weekends with occasional weekday shifts under RHRP.

You will perform health assessments, review medical histories, interview personnel, and document readiness classifications in our mobile treatment and clinic framework, ensuring compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited registered nursing program.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Unrestricted RN license in any US state, territory, or commonwealth.
• Resilience to handle high-stress situations; strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, medical records, and questionnaires.
• Interview service members to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns, including behavioral health, and document findings.
• Record interview results in the service member's medical record using the dedicated system.
