Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to partner as an independent contractor, primarily for weekend services to military service members in the State of Texas. Responsibilities include health assessments, reviewing medical history, interviewing personnel, and documenting readiness classifications using our system.

Applicants should have an Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing, hold an unrestricted US license, and possess CPR/BLS certification with at least 2 years of clinical RN experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited registered nursing program.
• Certification: CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support).
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Unrestricted license in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify any concerns that need to be addressed immediately, inclusive of Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member’s medical record using the proprietary system.
