Las Palmas Medical Center in El Paso, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager for weekend shifts to coordinate discharge planning and patient care across the care team. You will review records for utilization, support claim processes, and communicate with patients, families, and providers to ensure seamless handoffs.

The role requires an RN license in TX or compact state and an Associates degree or BSN, with 3–5 years of acute care case management experience preferred.
