Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an RN Case Manager in El Paso, TX for a 13-week contract. Shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Requires minimum 2 years of RN Case Management experience, Texas or multi-state RN license, and BLS certification. LTAC/STACH experience and MCG familiarity are preferred. Strong IDT collaboration is essential.

The role focuses on coordinating care, optimizing resource use, and ensuring compliant service delivery with discharge planning and advocacy for patients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of RN Case Management experience.
• Texas RN or multi-state RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in LTAC or STACH setting preferred.
• Familiarity with MCG and discharge planning.
• Strong interdisciplinary team collaboration skills.
