Job summary

Michaels is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure fast, accurate checkout. You will participate in unloading, stocking, and maintaining shelf presentation while supporting omnichannel workflows like BOPIS and SFS.

You will engage customers with Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card programs, and contribute to a well-merchandised, in-stock store environment. Must be 16 or older with retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS) and educate on VOC survey
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain merchandise in-stock state and handle returns/go-backs
• Support store recovery and loss prevention programs
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production
