Expect weekend night shifts (Fri/Sat 11pm–7am) with a pay rate of $16.50 per hour. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least one year of experience in mental health or IDD with adults or children.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Active driver’s license with clean driving record.
• One year of mental health or IDD experience with adults or children with behavioral health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and resident oversight for a 20-bed residential facility.
• Complete notes on client progress and activity.
• Administer medication.
• Teach daily living skills to residents.
• Provide transportation to appointments using company vehicles.
