Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide resources for participants' housing and health services.
• Facilitate discussions and recreational activities during shifts.
• Monitor safety and security of participants throughout the shift.
• Document participants' visits in EHR immediately.
• Assist participants in achieving their goal plans.
