Job summary

Person Centered Supports, LLC in Mohnton, PA is seeking a Residential Advisor for 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will provide direct oversight of Member residential living arrangements, support self-administration of medications, and document in the EHR (DAP format).

Responsibilities include safety, ADL coaching, group facilitation, transportation support, and completing incident reports. Requires a high school diploma, confidentiality, and a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must possess a valid, non-commercial driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential living areas to ensure safety, cleanliness and recovery-oriented environment.
• Document Member self-administration of medications and complete EHR notes (DAP).
• Facilitate and co-facilitate groups and support transportation as needed.
• Perform inspections and support ADL, meals, and transportation navigation.
• Complete incident reports and adhere to program policies and procedures.
