Merakey is seeking a full-time Residential Counselor 3-11 (Tuesday-Saturday) at our CRR program in Delaware County, PA. The role involves guiding residents, supporting daily living activities, and coordinating with the treatment team. The position rotates to cover shifts as needed, with pay of $18.75 per hour and enhanced pay options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• One year of mental health experience with adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and assistance to consumers in CRR programs.
• Transport residents to appointments and outings.
• Implement components of each resident's goal plan as instructed by the treatment team or supervisor.
• Report residents' progress to the appropriate clinician.
• Cover open shifts as needed
