Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in mental health.
• FBI clearance, Criminal History Clearance, and Child Abuse clearance.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Director of Residential Services.
• Provide on-site evening or daytime coverage and limited case management under supervision.
• Assist and monitor medical issues as needed and appropriate.
• Familiarize self with resident history, hospital course, and treatment plan.
• Obtain information from residents and families; evaluate and relate to current issues.
• Guide residents in activities and supervise skill development.
• Maintain administrative and clinical records as instructed.
• Adhere to agency compliance policies.
