Job summary

Merakey in Bensalem, PA seeks a Residential Advisor to support residents in a 20-bed facility. The role includes documenting progress, administering medications, and teaching daily living skills.

Expect weekend night shifts (Fri/Sat 11pm–7am) with a pay rate of $16.50 per hour. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least one year of experience in mental health or IDD with adults or children.

• Active driver’s license with clean driving record.
• One year of mental health or IDD experience with adults or children with behavioral health challenges.

Responsibilities
