Position Overview

The Weekend Reservations & Guest Relations Specialist is responsible for providing outstanding guest service throughout the reservation process and supporting guests during their stay. This role serves as the primary weekend point of contact for guest inquiries, reservations, and guest support, while working closely with our operations, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure every stay reflects the Wanderlust standard.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries across multiple booking channels.
• Manage reservations, modifications, cancellations, and guest communications throughout the weekend.
• Deliver five-star guest service before, during, and after each stay.
• Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, concierge services, and special requests.
• Assist with weekend guest issues and work collaboratively with the operations and maintenance teams to resolve concerns quickly.
• Maintain accurate reservation details and guest information within our property management software.
• Monitor reservation activity and communicate important updates to the team.
• Provide local recommendations and personalized service to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist with property inspections as needed to help maintain Wanderlust's quality and hospitality standards.
• Help maintain our exceptional online reviews and guest satisfaction scores.
• Uphold Wanderlust's luxury hospitality standards in every guest interaction.

Qualifications

• Hospitality, hotel, vacation rental, or luxury customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with Guesty or a similar property management system is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
• Professional, polished, and service-oriented.
• Comfortable learning new technology and hospitality software.
• Reliable and available to work every Saturday and Sunday from12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Compensation & Benefits

• $25.00 per hour
• Business mileage reimbursement at the current IRS mileage rate.
