Job summary

Wanderlust Luxury Rentals in Montecito/Santa Barbara is seeking a Reservations & Guest Relations Manager to lead the guest experience before, during, and after each stay. You will oversee the full reservation lifecycle, coordinate arrivals, special requests, and concierge services, and work closely with operations to ensure homes are guest-ready.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced luxury hospitality, communicates proactively, and delivers meticulous, five-star service.

Qualifications

• Hospitality, hotel, vacation rental, or luxury customer service experience required.
• Experience working with Guesty PMS or similar software platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all guest reservations from inquiry through departure.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries across multiple booking channels.
• Deliver five-star guest service before, during, and after each stay.
• Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, concierge services, and special requests.
• Maintain accurate reservation calendars and guest information.
• Monitor occupancy, booking trends, and reservation activity.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations to ensure homes are guest-ready.
• Handle guest concerns with empathy and urgency.
