Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Chicago is seeking a Replenishment Team Member with weekend availability to help customers, unload trucks, stock shelves, and keep the store well merchandised.

You will handle checkout duties, support BOPIS/SFS processes, participate in planogram maintenance, and assist with store recovery while following SOPs and safety guidelines. Employee discounts and a benefits package are available; pay ranges from $17.05 to $20.00 per hour with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and assist customers.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram execution.
• Participate in Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties.
• Promote the Rewards program and private label credit card enrollments.
• Follow SOPs and company policies to ensure safety and compliance.
