Goodwill Legacy Group in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Store Team Leader to assist the Store Leader and manage store operations toward the annual plan. You will guide staff, handle customer interactions, and ensure compliance with company policies while focusing on efficiency and service.

This full-time role requires open availability including weekends, with an hourly rate of $17. You will oversee staff development, operations, and financial tracking to drive results and align with Goodwill's

Qualificações

• No degree or credential required.
• Experience in supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.

• Familiarity with basic computer/Internet navigation.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and train hourly employees on daily tasks.
• Participate in hourly associate recruitment including interviewing.
• Seek opportunities for staff development.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and suggest improvements.
• Represent Goodwill's mission to customers at all times.
• Track daily sales, donations, and goals.
• Ensure resources (people, time, money) are well managed.
