The role emphasizes coaching hourly employees, overseeing operations, and monitoring donations and sales while maintaining financial stewardship and compliance with policies. The position pays $15 per hour, with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• No degree or credential required; capability demonstrated through experience.
• Oversees the work of others in a service-related industry.

• Provides coaching and training to hourly employees on daily tasks.
