Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana is seeking a Store Team Leader in Bloomington, IN. The role supports the Store Leader and management team to meet annual goals, supervises staff, and ensures excellent customer service while managing daily operations.

Typical shifts include mid shifts and weekends with opportunities for professional development. The position is full-time with an hourly rate of $17, reflecting responsibilities such as staff coaching, operations oversight, and performance
