Goodwill Legacy Group in Brownsburg, IN is seeking a full-time Store Team Leader earning $17/hour. You will assist the Store Leader and management team to execute annual operating goals and lead staff toward excellent customer service in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities include coaching hourly staff, participating in recruitment, optimizing daily operations, and tracking sales and donations, while upholding Goodwill's mission and values.

Formación

• No degree required; capability and professional development emphasized.
• Supervisory experience in a service-related industry preferred.
• Coaching and timely feedback to staff.
• Strong communication skills across oral, written, and digital channels.
