Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN seeks an Events & Program Coordinator to plan and deliver virtual, hybrid, and in-person professional education programs, with a strong focus on technical execution and real-time problem-solving. This role will support registration, CE credits, and post-event tasks while maintaining high-quality learner experiences.

You’ll handle scheduling, room reservations, campus collaboration, and credentialing tasks, with occasional weekend

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, Business Administration, or Education preferred.
• 1–3 years in customer service or event coordination or related operations.
• Experience supporting virtual or in-person programs and learning platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM or LMS systems (Enrole, Academy of Mine) preferred.
• Able to learn new systems quickly and support attendees with registration and payments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for learners, instructors, and partners for registration and CE credits.
• Provide real-time event support including registrations, attendance tracking, and tech troubleshooting.
• Coordinate scheduling, room reservations, space needs, and cross-department collaboration.
• Maintain accurate program listings and event setups in systems.
• Assist with enrollment workflows, data entry, and basic reporting.
