Qualifications

• 1–3 years of event coordination or logistics experience.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or media industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and delivery of events from concept through completion.
• Coordinate logistics including travel, audiovisual, catering, and shipping.
• Provide on-site event support, ensuring seamless operations.
