SEV Skin in Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks a Front Desk Sales Associate to drive client engagement, promote services and memberships, and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will lead the conversation on treatments, pricing, and promotions while hitting individual sales goals and maintaining a welcoming front desk environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy in bookings, payments, and customer service, with weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• A sales-driven mindset and confidence recommending services and products.
• Strong communication, customer service, and active-listening skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Comfort using computers, booking platforms, and client-management systems.
• Basic math skills and the ability to process payments accurately.
• Reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail sales, beauty, wellness, medical aesthetics, or another client-focused environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote SEV services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products.
• Identify client needs and confidently recommend appropriate services and upgrades.
• Educate clients on available treatments, pricing, and promotions.
• Work toward individual sales goals while supporting the clinic’s overall performance.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized and knowledgeable service.
• Warmly welcome clients and provide a polished experience from arrival through departure.
• Manage client check-in, check-out, and payment processing accurately.
• Book, modify, and cancel appointments with attention to detail.
• Answer calls, emails, and voicemail messages promptly and professionally.
• Address client questions and concerns with care, urgency, and professionalism.
• Use SEV Skin's booking and client-management systems accurately and efficiently.
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities according to established procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and welcoming front-desk environment.
• Assist with transitional treatment-room cleaning when needed.
• Monitor supplies and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Participate in required service, systems, and sales training.
• Support new team members by modeling SEV Skin's service and selling standards.
• Assist with other clinic responsibilities as directed by operational or clinical leadership.
