GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our high-energy convenience store in Texas. You will support store operations, run the register, and coach a team to deliver excellent customer service.

Expect to work weekends, holidays, and second or third shifts in a fast-paced retail environment. Open availability is a must; you will participate in hiring, training, and leading a team focused on customer service and store success, stepping in as acting manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience is preferred and willingness to work weekends, holidays and varied shifts.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team to upsell products and promotions.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Assist in hiring, training, and leading a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock full.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits.
