GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for a fast-paced convenience store in Fort Worth, TX. You will assist the Store Manager, supervise frontline staff, and ensure smooth operations across all shifts.

Responsibilities include cash handling, customer service, inventory, and fostering a high-performing team focused on upselling and customer satisfaction. Open availability and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.
• Reliable transportation with a valid license and insurance.
• Comfortable with cleaning, stocking, and outdoor areas.
• Minimum age 21+ and fluent English with basic math skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to procedures.
• Food safety certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to stay stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and store deposits.
• Provide leadership feedback to help the team excel.
