Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our high-energy convenience store in Virginia. You will support daily operations, lead a team, manage cash handling, and ensure customer satisfaction on second or third shifts.

Qualifications

Must have Food Safety Certification or be able to obtain it.
21+ years old minimum age requirement.
Open availability including weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service and store success.
Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment including restrooms and pumps.
Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team to excel.
