Job summary

Cleveland Clinic's Main Campus is seeking a Registered Radiology Technologist for the night shift, 6:30pm-7:00am, covering Saturdays and Sundays. You will perform radiographic exams, ensure high-quality images, and minimize radiation exposure while using PACS to manage images.

Ideal candidates are ARRT-registered radiologic technologists with current state licensure and a BLS certification, capable of working with radiologists and physicians in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist in good standing.
• Current state licensure as Radiology Technologist.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• Knowledge of anatomy and related pathologic processes.
• Strong communication with radiologists and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform general radiology exams, portable exams and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Produce quality images for interpretation with accuracy and timeliness.
• Acquire, archive, transmit and print images via PACS.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during and after exams.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment and exams.
• Maintain documentation and scheduling support.
• Address equipment malfunctions and notify appropriate teams.
• Assist with scheduling procedures and billing processes.
