Job summary

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Radiology Technologist to join a patient-first team in Ohio. You will perform general radiology exams, including portable and fluoroscopic studies, and ensure high-quality images for interpretation by a Radiologist.

Responsibilities include acquiring and archiving images via PACS, educating patients, and maintaining thorough documentation; weekend/holiday coverage is required and subspecialty growth opportunities exist within a top healthcare organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT(R) credential in good standing; current state licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Knowledge of anatomy and related pathology.

Responsibilities

• Perform general radiology exams, portable exams and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Produce quality images for interpretation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Acquire, archive, transmit and print images via PACS.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during and after the exam.
• Educate patients regarding procedures and equipment to ensure understanding.
• Maintain documentation and report malfunctions to appropriate teams.
• Assist with scheduling procedures and process billing.
