Job summary

Aurora West Allis Medical Center - Radiology is seeking an Radiologic Technologist for a weekend program in Wisconsin. The role involves 36 hours per week, with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts and one weekend off per quarter.

Participants will join call and holiday rotations; a $6,000 sign-on bonus is eligible. Weekend program differential adds to the base hourly rate; benefits begin on the first day of employment.

Qualifications

• Radiologic Technology education completed.
• Active Wisconsin radiographer license and RT registration; BLS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and intermediate radiographic procedures including fluoroscopy.
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain clinical history; address questions or concerns.
• Position patients and select exposure factors; ensure radiation safety and image quality.
• Identify patient and label images; verify exam accuracy with physician orders; document charges.
• Assist radiologists and maintain regulatory records; enter data into the radiology information system.
