Job summary

Aurora Sinai Medical Center is seeking a Weekend Radiologic Technologist to perform a wide range of radiologic procedures in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. This role supports Saturday through Sunday overnight shifts with a Friday start, totaling 36 hours per week.

The position offers a $6,000 sign-on bonus, weekend differential, full benefits starting day one, tuition reimbursement, and student loan repayment assistance.

Qualifications

• Radiographer license issued by the state of Wisconsin, and RT registration by the ARRT, plus BLS by AHA within 6 months.
• Advanced training beyond High School in Radiologic Technology.
• Typically requires 2 years of experience in Radiologic Technologist role.
• Proficient in radiology positioning, aseptic technique, and radiation safety.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic to advanced radiologic procedures across multiple areas.
• Explain procedures, obtain history, ensure patient understanding.
• Position patients, select exposure factors, ensure radiation safety.
• Coordinate with Radiologists and other staff; document billing codes.
• Serve as a resource/teacher for students and staff.
