Job summary

Residential Transitions, Inc. (RTI) seeks a Weekend Program Manager for Community Residential Services (CRS) to oversee weekend operations across multiple sites in Minnesota. You will supervise staff, coordinate programs, and handle administrative tasks while maintaining a person-centered approach to resident care.

The role offers a four-day workweek (Fri–Mon) with three consecutive days off, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for professional development in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in program management or supervisory roles within mental health or residential services.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and motivate direct care staff.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Must pass background checks and be eligible to provide services under Minnesota DHS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and supervision across multiple CRS sites during weekend coverage.
• Coach direct care staff to implement resident care plans, including medication administration and independent living skills.
• Monitor CRS sites remotely to ensure quality and cover call-ins.
• Respond to incidents or crisis during weekend hours.
• Collaborate with weekday leadership to maintain weekend-to-weekday continuity.
• Complete administrative tasks on Friday and Monday shifts, including compliance tracking and documentation review.
• Promote a positive, safe environment aligned with RTI’s mission.
