Residential Transitions, Inc. (RTI) is seeking a Weekend Program Manager – CRS Weekend Coverage in the Minneapolis Saint Paul metro area.

The role oversees weekend operations across multiple CRS sites, supervising staff, coordinating programs, and ensuring quality services within a four-day workweek Friday through Monday. The position requires 3+ years in program management or supervisory roles in mental health or residential services, with strong administrative skills, crisis response ability,

Qualifications

• Three years of program management or supervisory experience in mental health or residential services.
• Ability to lead, support, and motivate direct care staff.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and respond to crisis situations with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and supervision across multiple CRS locations during weekend coverage hours.
• Coach direct care staff to implement resident care plans and skills development.
• Monitor sites remotely for quality, staffing needs, and coverage for call-ins.
• Respond promptly to incidents or crises during weekend hours.
• Collaborate with weekday leadership to maintain weekend-to-weekday continuity.
• Complete administrative tasks on Friday and Monday shifts, including compliance tracking and documentation review.
• Promote a positive, safe environment aligned with RTI’s mission.
