Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience in manufacturing required.
• Experience in food/cereal manufacturing preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach weekend production and packaging staff.
• Provide clear direction at shift start and ensure handoffs.
• Coordinate operation of production and packaging processes.
• Ensure safety, GMP, HACCP compliance.
• Address performance, attendance, and conflicts promptly.
• Monitor equipment such as cookers, extruders, PLCs.
